D- (Kids) BEE STORIES. Tales about bees and the environment
Kids will undertake a unique journey to discover their senses through honey tasting.
The workshop is targeted to children 6-13.

Through a captivating laboratory made of colors, stories, curiosities, and games, children will discover many important novelties not only about bees and their life, but also about themselves and their life. In fact, respect, sociability, ecosystem, biodiversity, nature, sustainability are all issues that we will deal with during the laboratory, by means of specific materials according to the age of kids. We will play, discuss, paint and learn many things about bee life. After that, we will move on to taste different types of honey.

Children are fresh, with raw senses; they speak spontaneously, with few preconceptions. As such, sensorial analysis with children is always a pleasant surprise. We will focus on what they feel, trying to learn how to describe it. This may turn out to be a new, rewarding challenge for them: an experience that may help interpreting the world that surrounds us. At the end of the day, sensory analysis is surely new, but it is based on something that children spontaneously do at any moment: smell, touch, see.

By participating in the laboratory, children will not forget the magic world of bees.
